What we collect
When you contact us, place a commission, or sign up for our journal, we collect the information you choose to share — name, email, phone number, and any details about the piece you are imagining. We never collect data you have not given us.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to design, produce, and deliver your commission, and to keep you informed about its progress. Occasionally we may share atelier news if you have explicitly opted in. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
How we protect it
All records are stored on encrypted, access-controlled systems. Only Filipp and the ALOI atelier team can view client files. Sensitive details — stones, valuations, certificates — are kept under additional restriction.
Your rights
You may at any time request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or have it deleted. Write to info@myaloi.com and we will respond within seven days.
Cookies
This site uses only the essential cookies needed for it to function — for example to remember your shopping bag and language. We do not use advertising trackers.
