Fair terms, explained plainly
Ready pieces
Ready pieces from the collection can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in their original packaging. Write to us first and we will arrange the courier. Once the piece is back with us and checked, your refund is issued within seven working days.
Bespoke commissions
A piece made for you alone cannot be returned — it was designed around your story, your stones, and your size. That is why we work slowly and show you drawings, stones, and a fitting before anything is final. You approve each step, so there are no surprises at the end.
If something is wrong
If your piece arrives damaged, or if we got something wrong against what you approved, tell us straight away. We will repair or remake it at no cost to you. Every ALOI piece also carries a lifetime warranty on craftsmanship.
Resizing & adjustments
Rings can usually be resized, and we offer one complimentary resize within the first year. Some designs — full eternity bands, for example — cannot be resized, and we will always tell you this before you order.
