Every piece leaves the atelier in Dubai, fully insured
Made to order first
Most ALOI pieces are made for one person. Production takes two to six weeks depending on the design, and we will confirm your timeline before any work begins. Ready pieces from the collection ship sooner — usually within a few days.
Dubai & the UAE
In Dubai we hand-deliver or arrange courier delivery within two working days of completion, free of charge. Across the rest of the Emirates, delivery takes two to four working days. Prefer to collect in person? You are welcome at the atelier by appointment.
International
We ship worldwide with insured, trackable couriers — typically five to ten working days. Duties and taxes set by your country are payable on arrival and vary by destination; we will give you an estimate before you commit.
Packaging
Each piece travels in its ALOI case, wrapped and sealed, inside unmarked outer packaging. Nothing on the outside hints at what is inside. A signature is required on every delivery.
Insurance
Your piece is insured door to door at its full value until it is signed for. If anything goes wrong in transit, it is on us — not on you.
