Six steps, start to finish.
Nothing happens behind a curtain. You watch the weighing, you approve the design, then you see your own metal become the new piece.
Empty the drawer.
Bring every piece you never wear. Broken chains, single earrings, old old bracelets. We weigh each one in front of you and test the karat.
You see the numbers.
You get the pure gold weight, plus what it is worth that day. Stones stay yours too. Nothing leaves the room without you knowing it.
Draw the new piece.
We sketch together. A signet ring, a pair of studs, one bold cuff. Your gold decides the scale, so we design to the metal you actually have.
Back to liquid.
Your gold is melted plus refined to the karat we agreed. Old solder plus plating come out, then the metal is cast fresh for your piece.
Your stones, reset.
Diamonds plus colored stones from the old pieces get cleaned, checked, then reset. Anything left over is returned to you or credited.
One piece you wear.
Couple weeks, usually. You collect at the atelier in Dubai, or we ship it insured anywhere in the UAE.

What can be remelted?
Any karat, any condition. 18k, 21k, 22k, 24k, white, yellow plus rose. Plated or filled jewelry cannot be remelted, plus we will tell you straight away when a piece is not solid gold.
Do I get my own gold back?
Yes. Your metal goes into your piece. When your new design needs more gold, you top up at the day rate. When it needs less, the balance comes back to you as credit or cash value.
What does it cost?
Remelt commissions start at AED 1,000 for the work. Your own gold covers most of the material, so the price sits well below buying the same piece new.
Can you keep part of the old design?
Often, yes. A hallmark, an engraving, a piece of filigree from a grandmother's ring. Tell us what matters plus we build the new piece around it.
