Commissions
Each ALOI piece is one of one. A commission begins with a consultation and a written proposal — design direction, stones, metals, timeline, and price. Work begins once the proposal is signed and a 50% deposit is received. The remaining balance is due on completion, before the piece leaves the atelier.
Timelines
Most pieces take six to twelve weeks from approved design to delivery. Stone sourcing, lab paperwork, and complex settings can extend this. We will share a clear timeline in your proposal and update you at every milestone.
Pricing & payment
Prices are quoted in AED and reflect current metal and stone markets at the time of proposal. Major changes after work has begun may affect price; you will be informed before any change is made. We accept bank transfer and major cards.
Returns
Bespoke commissions are non-returnable as each is made for you. Ready-to-wear pieces from the collection may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging. Engraved or modified pieces are final sale.
Warranty
All ALOI pieces carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers loose prongs, faulty clasps, and structural repair. It does not cover damage from accident, misuse, or normal wear of finishes.
Intellectual property
All designs, sketches, photography, and text on this site are the property of Studio ALOI. Reproduction without written permission is not permitted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be addressed in the courts of Dubai.
